Gomasio with Marinoe seaweed 90g jar

"Gomasio with seaweed" is a recipe based on gosmario, a type of edible seaweed. Seaweed is commonly used in Asian cuisine and is rich in essential nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and fiber.

To prepare this dish, here's a simple recipe:


- 200g gomasio (seaweed)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste



1. Rehydrate the gomasios by soaking them in cold water for about 10-15 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water.
2. Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant.
3. Add the rehydrated gomasios to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes, until tender.
4. Add the soy sauce and rice vinegar to the pan. Mix well to coat the gomasios with the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
5. Continue stir-frying for a few more minutes until the gomasios are hot and coated with sauce.
6. Remove the pan from the heat and serve the seaweed gomasio on plates.
