Description:
On a daily basis, in periods of contagious viral epidemics, nothing is more effective than the application on the chest and back or on the soles of the feet, of 4 to 6 drops to protect you from the aggression of the virus.

Directions for use:
Internally
2 drops in honey or on a sugar 3 times a day.
Externally
- For fatigue, massage along the spine, on the temples and on the inside of the wrists.
- In diffusion, in mixture with other oils, for the prevention of colds and respiratory infections.
- In inhalations, pure or in synergy with other essential oils
- Frictions on the chest, back, solar plexus and neck (10 to 20 drops) and inhalations in case of respiratory infections.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
Except authorized opinion, not to use during the pregnancy and breast feeding and in the child of less than 3 years.
