🌊 Premium-quality tuna

Exclusively made from the "loins" of albacore tuna (the finest cuts along the central bone), these rillettes are perfectly deboned, soft, and subtly iodized. A unique and creamy recipe, ideal for spreading on toast for appetizers or as a starter in a seafood salad.


🧂 Ingredients:

Albacore tuna (55%), rapeseed oil, onions, rehydrated seaweed (5.6%), milk proteins, thickeners (guar and carob seed flours), salt, spices.

🏡 DIY Recipe – Tuna & Wakame Rillettes

Ingredients:

  • 200 g canned tuna

  • 2 tbsp dried wakame

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Soak wakame in cold water for 10 min. Drain and finely chop.

  2. In a bowl, combine tuna, chopped wakame, mayo, and lemon juice.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

  4. Chill for 1 hour before serving.

  5. Enjoy with toasted bread or crackers!
