Four seaweed condiments were chosen for this recipe: Dulse, Nori, Sea Lettuce and Kombu.
Carefully prepared and completely boneless mackerel selected by the company Compagnie Bretonne highlighted in this traditional recipe.

 

 

INGREDIENTS : Mackerel fillets (58% used), onions, rapeseed oil, water, milk protein, salt, kombu flour, thickeners: guar and locust bean seed flour, salt, rehydrated seaweed (4%), spices, lemon juice.

 

Use: Serve Fresh
