Organic artisanal pasta with seaweed from Brittany
Introduced in 2014 in the Bord à Bord product range, these organic artisanal pasta with seaweed, are the result of the collaboration of the Roscoff producer with 3 companies from Périgord-Limousin. This range of seaweed pasta includes three different varieties: Organic Dulse Pasta, Organic Sea Lettuce Pasta and the typical Three Seaweed Mix.
The Sea Lettuce organic pasta is made with high quality durum wheat semolina and 15% fresh seaweed.
The Sea Lettuce has been selected and harvested on the Finistère coast.
The Sea Lettuce Ulva lactuca is a green seaweed, commonly used in cooking. Consumed raw or cooked, it is very rich in iron (12 times more than lentils), magnesium, calcium, vitamins A and C.
