Naturally grown salicornia
The salicorn is a small wild plant that grows on beaches and salt marshes on the Atlantic coast and the English Channel. It is picked by hand at the beginning of summer. Very rich in mineral salts and having a pleasant iodized taste, it makes it possible to combine diet and health with pleasure.
