Guacamole with Wakame

Recipe for Guacamole with Wakame

Ingredients:

1 ripe avocado

40 gr of wakame seaweed

1/2 sweet pepper or 1/4 bell pepper finely chopped

2 tablespoons of lime

1 tablespoon of tamari (soy sauce)

Rehydrate the seaweed, wring it out well before chopping it finely with a knife.

Mash the avocado flesh and mix with the seaweed and the other ingredients.
