Directions for use
Spirulina is a natural food microalgae cultivated in the Nantes region, which can be consumed at any time of the day, in one or several times, outside or during meals.
OMA offers you a fresh spirulina rinsed with drinking water and frozen less than an hour after harvesting. This process allows it to preserve the molecules in their native form and all the biological activity of antioxidants, enzymes and pigments such as phycocyanine.
It is recommended to consume one scoop of frozen spirulina per day to be melted or mixed in a fruit juice or smoothie, as part of a varied and balanced diet.
It is recommended not to exceed 3 scoops equivalent to 20 g of fresh spirulina per day.
Frozen OMA spirulina can be stored for several months at -18°c in the freezer until the optimal date indicated on the package. Once thawed, this product should not be refrozen. The frozen raw spirulina pods are packaged in a protective atmosphere to preserve all the nutrients.
After opening, we advise you to consume the frozen spirulina within 4 months and to store it in its bag in the freezer at -18°C. Keep out of reach of children.
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Does not replace a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
For your health, practice a regular physical activity. More information on www.mangerbouger.fr
