Peppermint essential oil bio 10 ml

Directions for use:

Natural digestive :

After the meal, add 1 drop of EO of mint to 1/2 glass of water. Shake well and drink gently.

Drowsiness in the car :

Place 1 drop of mint EO on the back of the hand, absorb it and then place another drop on the inside of the wrists. Massage and inhale deeply.

Occasional headache:

Place 1 drop on each index finger and gently massage your temples, avoiding contact with the eyes.
