Yuzu is a citrus fruit native to Asia, acid like lemon and sweet like a mandarin. Pearls of Flavour with Yuzu will enrich your verrines as an aperitif. They will also enhance beef carpaccio, sushi or fruit salad.
Once opened, you can keep the pearls for 1 week in the refrigerator.
