Button mushrooms with 3 seaweeds
Notice

You will need:

 

  • A tray of beautiful button mushrooms
  • A small pink onion from Roscoff
  • Mayonnaise.
  • Tomato puree
  • Aromatic herbs (chives, tarragon, basil)
  • The Fisherman's Salad


Preparation :

 

  1. Wash the mushrooms and then cut the stems to mix them with the onion and herbs.
  2. Mix the mixture with the mayonnaise and the tomato purée. Season with salt and pepper and garnish the mushrooms.
  3. Before serving, sprinkle the mushrooms with seaweed flakes.
