Spirulina, the most complete superfood

For 3.5 billion years, a small blue algae, spirulina, has been growing in the warm waters of lakes in India, Chad and Mexico. This freshwater micro-alga is part of the cyanobacteria. It can be consumed dried, in the form of powder, because it is a real concentrate of nutrients, a super-food. The World Health Organization (WHO) considers it as "the best food for humanity in the 21st century".

A superfood naturally has a high nutritional value and provides many health benefits. Spirulina is considered a superfood because it is rich in beta-carotene, iron, vitamin B12, vitamin E, protein, minerals and trace elements (calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and copper).

"Let your food be your only medicine"
Aristotle

A spirulina cure allows you to fill up on antioxidants to fight external aggressions, to reinforce the immune system, to reduce fatigue, to gain vitality, to reduce stress and to give a natural boost to your body.

Regular consumption of spirulina reduces the level of bad cholesterol (LDL) which clogs the arteries and increases the level of good cholesterol (HDL) which cleans the arteries and is eliminated by the liver. This regulation of the cholesterol level allows to stabilize the weight.

Food supplements based on spirulina are a great ally for athletes. Spirulina improves endurance and muscular resistance, it maintains tone and energy, it improves endurance and recovery and it reduces soreness after exercise.
