• Pour a small handful of Thalado Bath Salts into a bath at 38°C (relaxing bath) and soak for 20 minutes.

• For better absorption of the active ingredients, avoid rinsing off and, after covering yourself well, follow the bath with a rest period equal to the duration of the bath.
