How to cook seaweed?

You are not very inspired by the idea of eating seaweed, these marine plants that form a barrier between the sand and the sea at each high tide? You think it's a fad and that it must not taste good? Think again! Even if, on the surface, they don't seem to have any gustatory qualities, when properly cooked, seaweed will awaken your taste buds!

In addition to being a delicious dish, seaweed is a concentrate of nutrients essential to the well-being of our body. Like vegetables, fruits and starchy foods, marine plants, i.e. different types of seaweed such as sea lettuce, wakame, kombu, dulse and sea beans, are a true natural source of nutrition.

You don't need to be a star chef to cook with seaweed and create mouth-watering dishes. We are going to propose you some small recipes selected by our care to integrate seaweeds in your daily food.
